1. General Information

Serenity Executive Stays provides corporate housing and extended-stay accommodations exclusively for business professionals. Our services are not intended for short-term leisure rentals unless otherwise approved.

2. Limitation of Liability

Serenity Executive Stays is not responsible for:

  • Any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during a guest's stay. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables.

  • Personal injuries, accidents, or medical issues that occur on or near the premises. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay.

  • Disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, building maintenance, or local government regulations.

3. Property Use & Conduct

  • Guests must comply with all rental agreements, building rules, and local laws during their stay.

  • Unauthorized guests, parties, or commercial activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

  • Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear and may be subject to additional charges for repairs or excessive cleaning.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments must be made in full before check-in unless a corporate billing arrangement has been established.

  • Refunds, cancellations, and deposit returns are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Serenity Executive Stays respects guest privacy and will not share personal information with third parties except when required by law or necessary for business operations (e.g., payment processing, security verification).

  • Guests acknowledge that security cameras may be present in public/common areas of certain properties for safety purposes. No cameras are installed inside private units.

6. Indemnification

By using our services, guests agree to indemnify and hold Serenity Executive Stays, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from their stay.

7. Policy Updates

Serenity Executive Stays reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time. Guests are encouraged to review this document periodically for any changes.

Refund Policy - the basics

Refund Policy – Serenity Executive Stays

At Serenity Executive Stays, we strive to provide a seamless and stress-free experience for all business professionals staying with us. Our refund policy ensures transparency while protecting both our guests and our business operations.

1. Reservation Cancellations

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 15-29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement.

2. Early Departures

  • Guests who choose to leave before their scheduled checkout date will not be eligible for a refund of unused nights.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Any security deposits, cleaning fees, or administrative fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

  • Refunds do not apply to early check-outs due to personal reasons, work schedule changes, or dissatisfaction with a property that meets the agreed-upon rental terms.

4. Extenuating Circumstances

  • In cases of verified medical emergencies, flight cancellations, or government-mandated travel restrictions, we may offer a partial or full credit toward a future stay instead of a refund.

  • Refunds due to extreme weather or natural disasters will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Security Deposits

  • Security deposits will be refunded within 7-14 business days after checkout, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.
